Registered Nurse - RN

We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

As an RN SUPERVISOR, you help keep resident care consistent, safe, and person-centered by guiding the shift team and coordinating clinical priorities. Key responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care aligned to individualized care plans; overseeing resident care to meet standards of practice and state/federal regulations; supervising CNAs (assigning work, coaching, onboarding/training, and addressing performance); monitoring condition changes and administering medications/treatments as ordered;

partnering with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; supporting admissions, discharges, and transitions; educating residents and families; completing timely, accurate documentation; and helping maintain a clean, safe environment. What you'll bring:

- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Long-term care/skilled nursing/geriatric experience (preferred) - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and a patient-centered approach

Throughout the day, you'll check in with residents and teammates, answer questions, and help remove barriers so care stays on track. You'll spend time coordinating with other departments and communicating updates to families when needed. Between moments of hands-on support, you'll keep notes current and help the team stay organized as needs change.
