About the Role
We are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor to manage all aspects of top-quality products produced at our facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Quality Assurance Team
- Manage the quality inspection lab
- Ensure compliance to quality standards, procedures, and customer specifications
- Lead quality audits, internal and external
- Maintain IATF 16949 Certifications
- Perform root cause analysis to find problems and implement corrective actions to prevent future problems in production process
- Write and support work instructions and SOPs
- Perform statistical analysis to maintain SPCs
- Manage the inspection process
Qualifications
- Experience with aforementioned responsibilities in manufacturing environment
