Ensure product availability through restocking and support in visual merchandising implementations.

Execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with profit protection procedures.

Comply with health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and team.

Collaborate actively with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Complete mandatory training and apply learning in daily operations.

Support stockroom tasks and participate occasionally in special activities like layout changes or inventories.

Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.

Interest in sports, fashion, and adidas culture.

High level of English, both spoken and written.

Proactive, flexible, and oriented towards continuous learning.

Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or sports oriented to the client.

Desirable basic knowledge of sports products and trends in the sector.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
