SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• High level of English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Very valuable experience in the operations for a back-office service.

MAIN FUNCTION

• Driving the email center platform, balancing the available resources.
• Assigning daily work to the team taking into account the different skill and needs.
• Open all incidents affecting the service. Inform everyone of the opening and closing of such incidences, and follow up.
• Send a report every hour with the necessary explanations.
• Activate contingency plan if necessary.
• Analyze and provide tactical and strategical action plans to improve the department KPIs

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Force and traffic controller experience required at least one year
• Back-office department operations experience.
