Rock Solid Construction is currently searching for a full-time Installer with experience in vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, deck building, window and door installation, and gutter systems. We are a local family-owned General Contractor specializing in exterior remodeling in the Charlotte area.

• Proven experience in exterior remodeling, particularly in siding, decking, windows, and gutters
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Must pass a criminal background check

• Install vinyl siding and fiber cement siding with precision and care
• Construct decks that meet safety standards and customer specifications
• Install windows and doors efficiently, ensuring proper fit and finish
• Install and maintain gutter systems to prevent water damage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
