Technical Maintenance Technician
Veolia Servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, is looking to hire a versatile maintenance technician in Valdebebas, Madrid.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical installations.
- Supervise and maintain air conditioning systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
- Execute electrical maintenance tasks, such as reviewing electrical panels, wiring, and general installations.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
- Perform general maintenance on machinery and facilities in the assigned building, addressing any incidents that may arise.
- Record interventions, energy consumption, and operational parameters.
- Measure and control air quality and the efficiency of assigned facilities.
- Adapt to the needs of the service, providing support to different maintenance areas according to the needs of the facility.

Residency or work permit in Spain required.
Experience in general maintenance (electricity, air conditioning, plumbing).
60-hour PRI courses desirable.
Fluorinated gases certificate or RITE card valuable.
Professional training of Medium, Higher, or equivalent degree.
