Roles and Responsibilities:

In dependence of the Head of Department and/or the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following functions:

• Read plans and instructions and examine surfaces to determine the type and amount of work needed.
• Make the place ready (cover accessories, put up scaffolding, etc.).
• Prepare the walls and other surfaces to be painted (remove old paint, scrape, fill cracks, etc.).
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the appropriate color and/or texture.
• Perform any other related task assigned to you.
• Help the rest of the department staff. Team work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a painter.
• Person:
• responsible and methodical
• organized
• attention to detail
• flexible, practical and professional approach
• problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in masonry, electricity, locksmithing, carpentry and other professions within the maintenance department will be valued.
