Technical Maintenance Technician

Veolia Servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, is looking to hire a Technical Maintenance Technician for Climatization
- Control of Installations in the San Blas area of Madrid.

Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Through the control system, monitor the proper functioning of the installations, responding urgently to alerts and alarms.
• Verify the response of the control system in the building taking into account its assigned variables.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance work through GMAO Prisma.
• Receive telephone alerts and refer them to the appropriate technical department according to the origin.
• Complete the control sheets of the building reporting any incidents.

• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

Requirements:

• Essential: professional training of medium degree, higher degree, or professional certificate in your specialty.
• Necessary to have knowledge of control systems such as SCADA (Schneider), TREND, HONEYWELL and/or similar.
• It will be valued to have other additional training such as:
  Building Thermal Installations Installer's License (RITE) Certificate accrediting the competence for the manipulation of fluorinated gases, course for the hygienic maintenance of installations at risk of legionella, training in PRL matters, etc.
