We are currently searching for 2nd shift Electrical Controls Technician to join our team at our Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC
.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all things electrical in the plant and office areas; such as, but not limited to equipment controls, water process systems, a/c and heat, AGV's.

- High school diploma; 2-year Electronic Technician Degree preferred and 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- May be required to travel for training
- Must have the ability to understand usage and operation of equipment and tools necessary for the job.
- Must have the ability to understand DC motors and process controllers and programmable controllers.
- Must be able to work 7 days if needed.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills as related to machinery run conditions.
- Must be able to perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and other repairs as requested through the work order system.
- Must be able to complete training program.
- Must have a good safety record.
- Must be able to perform daily inspection on all AGV's.
- Must be able to operate multimeter, PLCs programmers, oscilloscope and small powered and hand tools.
- Must be able to lift heavy loads on a consistent basis. Must be able to move and assist in moving extremely heavy equipment such as dies, screws, etc.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, and crawl. Must be able to stand the entire shift.
- Must be willing to train other team members as needed.
