Conductors Wanted for Data Collection Operations in Spain

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in Europe in 2017. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count items, take photographs, record videos, register voice samples, and scan areas to capture every detail needed to make better-informed decisions.

Our field data collection teams are distributed throughout Europe and North America, and they are always ready to face new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive and supervise vehicles during assigned routes.
• Follow established routes, operational procedures, and schedules.
• Maintain constant attention to vehicle behavior and road conditions.
• Intervene in driving when necessary to ensure safety.
• Record observations, incidents, and relevant events accurately and in detail.
• Use mobile applications, digital tools, and integrated systems in the vehicle.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure the quality of collected data.
• Strictly comply with all project safety norms and procedures.
• Maintain a professional attitude and focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Citizenship of the European Union.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to travel to the United States for initial training (visa provided by the company).
• Good level of English to communicate with international teams.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
• Ability to stay focused during long periods of driving.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools, smartphones, and productivity applications.
• Excellent driving habits and great attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
