Accounting Specialist

In this position, you'll support the accounting department by handling day-to-day accounts receivable and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Key Responsibilities:

§ Creates customer invoices on a daily basis.

§ Cash application on a daily basis

§ Creates customer statements on a monthly basis

§ Communicating with customers regard past due invoices

§ Processing Payroll on Bi-Weekly Basis

§ Maintain employee profiles in Paycor & M1 (erp system)

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or Associates degree in Accounting and 2+ years' experience.

§ Strong Microsoft Office/Excel Skills

§ Strong technical, analytical and communication skills

§ Experience with ERP systems; preferably M-1

§ Experience with Payroll systems, preferably Paycor

§ Able to work independently and with other team members

§ Able to work effectively with end users and understands business needs and expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive Hourly Wage: $24.00-$30.00 p/h DOE
