We’re partnering with an employee-owned (ESOP) manufacturing company seeking an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role offers a unique blend of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and cost accounting while partnering closely with operations and business leaders. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is looking to continue growing within a collaborative finance team.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process
• Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting
• Support inventory and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and manufacturing reporting
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Partner with operations to improve reporting and support business decisions
• Assist with process improvements, audit support, and special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Approximately 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Current Accountant or Senior Accountant experience
• Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience
• Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience is preferred but not required
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
• CPA or progress toward a CPA is a plus

• $85,000–$105,000 base salary (depending on experience)
