Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Dave Syverson Auto Center is looking for a dependable and friendly General Office / Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) to join our team in Albert Lea, MN.
This is a flexible part time position that primarily supports our accounting team with daily office tasks while also serving as a backup receptionist when needed.
Regular hours will typically be 5 to 15 hours per week
, with occasional full day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM when our main receptionist is out. If you are able to commit to working full time for a few weeks throughout the year, we can work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability the rest of the year.
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities- Prepare daily cash and check deposits for Accounts Receivable
- Post invoices for Accounts Payable
- Assist with general office and accounting duties
- Answer and direct calls using a multi line phone system
- Provide receptionist coverage when needed
