Overview

We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This full‑time role, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, obtain an insurance license, and make a meaningful impact on our clients and team.

You’ll Make An Impact

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Personal Lines Team by assisting with quotes, policy changes, carrier research, and documentation. You’ll also help ensure smooth communication with clients and carriers while contributing to the overall success of the team. Your duties will include:

  • Prepare summaries of insurance and proof of insurance documents.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and auto  in Epic.
  • Assist with quoting, reviewing, and summarizing new and renewal policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling policy transmittals and summaries.
  • Work with carriers to monitor quotes, identify gaps, and support negotiations.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records in Epic, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Build strong relationships with carriers and assist in researching industry trends.
  • Support accounting processes, including reviewing A/R reports and resolving system‑related matters.
About You

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • A desire to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain resilience.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with colleagues across teams.

Nice to have:

  • An associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year of directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred: Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience. Previous experience managing client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
