Hematologist​/Oncologist

This large hospital system is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Albert Lea, Minnesota, starting July 27 for an ongoing duration of one year. The provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient care, managing adult patients and general hematology and oncology conditions. The role involves working Monday through Friday with rotating call coverage and utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Conduct patient evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Maintain documentation through the Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call coverage follows a rotating 1:3 schedule
