Albert Lea Area Schools is seeking a committed and passionate Head Girls' Basketball Coach to lead our program and inspire student-athletes. We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable leader to continue building a competitive and supportive team environment.

Pay Rate:

• Compensation will be in accordance with Schedule Cofthe Teacher Master Agreement

• Plan and conduct all practices, games, and off-season training.
• Emphasize skill development, leadership, and academic success.
• Collaborate with lower-level coaches to align program goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Communicate regularly with players, families, and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Coaching and/or playing experience in basketball required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet MSHSL and district coaching requirements.
