Are you an experienced Automation Controls Engineer looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment? We have an exciting direct-hire opportunity in Albert Lea, MN, with a competitive salary based on experience (targeting up to $105K). If you’re passionate about PLC programming, automation, and electrical controls, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:Design and develop electrical control systems and schematicsProgram and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred)Integrate and automate robotic systemsWork on custom automation projects with a range of clients, from small shops to major manufacturersCollaborate across departments and with customers to ensure successful project executionMinimal travel (approx. 4 times per year) to customer sites for debugging and setupWhat We’re Looking For:Experience with three-phase industrial electrical systemsHands-on experience with wiring, panel building, and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Studio 5000 a plus)No degree required—but a background in Electrical Engineering or similar is a bonusSolid Works Electrical experience is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipWhy Join Us?
