, you'll help clients maintain mobility and achieve recovery milestones without ever stepping into a clinic.
- Serving clients one‑on‑one in their homes
- Having flexible weekend hours
- Collaborating with a top-rated home care agency with over 30 years of service
- Carry out PT plans and monitor client progression
- Maintain EMR documentation
- Act as a liaison between clients and supervising PTs
- MN‑licensed PTA
- Availability Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Strong time management and reliability
