Provides, monitors and records therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Selects, implements, and modifies therapeutic activities and interventions to meet goals and licensure requirements;
Communicates patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist and documents outcomes;
Performs other related duties as requested and may focus on post-acute, long-term care, or home health environments as needed
