School Speech Language Pathologist - Albert Lea, Minnesota

Make a direct impact on the educational experience of K12 students as a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP.
• Experience delivering SLP services in educational settings (K12 strongly preferred).
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families.
• Commitment to onsite, full-time availability.

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth.
• Maintain detailed records and track progress to inform future interventions.
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support documentation as required.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students feel comfortable and supported.
