This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at our private practice clinic.
Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Ability to lead a team - sharing in expectations and celebrating successes
- Mentor and develop new team members
- Join fellow private practice leaders in weekly meetings to troubleshoot and collaborate on situation leadership opportunities

Requirements- Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
