As a provider you will be the heartbeat of our patient experience and clinical workflows. You will work side-by-side with our clinical and admin staff to deliver seamless, effective care. • Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages.
• Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative clinical workflows and care models.
• Provide clinical services for corporate health partners and community health initiatives.

• Licensure:
  
  Valid Medical License to practice in the State of Minnesota (Required).
• Certification:
  
  Board Certified NP or PA with a current CPR certification.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care (Preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Strong "bedside manner" and a passion for healthcare innovation.
• Tech:
  
  Proficient with EMRs (experience with Athenais a significant plus).
• Background:
  
  No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions.
