St. John's Lutheran Community is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and high-energy Workforce and Payroll Coordinator to manage the complete employee lifecycle. In this role, you will act as the driving force behind our talent acquisition, provide onboarding experience for the new hires, and ensure highly accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. This hybrid role is perfect for a multi-talented HR professional who thrives on variety—balancing people-centric talent acquisition with structured data and numbers management.
Required Skills:- Prefer 2-4 years' experience in human resources and/or payroll
- Great customer service skills.
- Must have software skills, using excel, word, ATS, HRIS
- Prefer an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
