Warehouse Specialist - Design Ready Fabrication

Ready to join a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing team? Design Ready Fabrication is seeking a motivated Warehouse Specialist to play a crucial role in keeping our production running smoothly! What You'll Do:

* Use handheld RF scanners to pick and kit steel and job-specific parts accurately.

* Manage inventory by processing both consigned and non-consigned parts into our system.

* Perform cycle counts and help organize parts for maximum efficiency.

* Receive inbound materials, stock shelves, and enter product details into our M1 ERP system.

* Inspect and verify shipping contents for accuracy and damage, then prepare shipping documents-including international customs paperwork.

* Prepare products for shipping with crating, shrink-wrapping, and banding.

* Operate cranes, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to move and load materials safely.

* Assist with training new team members and support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.

* Perform hardware assembly and other duties like packaging and shake apart as needed.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous warehouse receiving experience in an industrial setting required.

* Forklift experience required (certification provided).

* Experience with ERP systems preferred.

* Ability to safely use strapping and banding equipment.

* Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

* Good math and communication skills.

* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English without an interpreter.

* Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.

* Frequent lifting of 50-85 lbs with assistance.
