A specialty ingredients manufacturer seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician in Albert Lea, MN. This role involves ensuring compliance with food safety practices, performing monitoring tasks, and supporting manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, knowledge of food manufacturing, and ability to work effectively in a team. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with additional certifications like PCQI and HACCP desired.

The position offers shifts from 10 PM to 6:30 AM with competitive pay of $18-$21/hr plus shift differential.
