Schedule: Monday-Fridays;
Start time is 6:00AM year-round, with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.

General Production will be responsible to learn and perform various tasks and rotate to different positions as needed.

What You'll Do

As our 1st Shift General Production, you'll:

• Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.

• Always comply with all Food Safety procedures.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Learn and perform various tasks and rotate to different positions as needed in the following areas:
  • Cabbage Line
  • Veggies
  • Potato Room
  • Dishes
  • Other areas in the plant as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Team player attitude and willingness to fill in as needed.
• Positive communication with others and timely reporting of concerns and questions.
• Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.
