Design-Ready-Controls in Albert Lea, Minnesota is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to join our production team. This 3rd shift position (Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am) offers competitive hourly pay between $18.50 and $21.00 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a high school education and proficiency with precision measurement tools, along with good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in an ISO environment is preferred.
