In your position as a supervisor within our dynamic organization, you receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000, and the potential for increased earnings based on experience. As the Third Shift Mechanic and Maintenance Manager, you are essential in ensuring smooth maintenance operations during the graveyard shift. Your responsibilities include organizing maintenance staff schedules, building strong relationships with the production team, and meticulously maintaining records of inventory and third-shift work. The type of candidate we're looking for:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in food production or related industries is preferred
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
