2nd Shift Batching Operator 1
Location:
Albert Lea, MN
Schedule:
Monday–Fridays;
Start time is 2:00 PM with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.
Wage: $20.90
2nd Shift Batching Operator 1 will be responsible for operating assigned machines that mix products, ensuring products meet all recipe requirements, quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and follow MGK HACCP and SQF programs.
- Learn and follow all Food Safety procedures.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Set up, assemble, disassemble, and sanitize all specified equipment, per standard operating procedures.
- Measure and weight required ingredients per specified recipe.
- Meticulously follow all recipe instructions and standard procedures to ensure recipe accuracy and quality.
- Safely and accurately operate all assigned machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
- Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.
