Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, LLC in Albert Lea, MN is hiring a 2nd Shift Processing Operator-2. This full-time production role starts at 2:00 PM and runs Monday through Friday, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
You will cook pasta per SOPs, maintain quality and safety standards, follow HACCP and SQF programs, wear PPE, and set up or break down equipment. A Pallet Jack and Forklift license is preferred, plus strong teamwork, clear English communication, and the ability to read safety documents.
