Balchem is seeking an extruder operator to maintain continuous operation of the extrusion line in a compliant, safe environment. You will handle lifting, machine start/stop, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maximize up-time while recording parameters and communicating status with the team.
The role requires adherence to sanitation and safety standards, including OSHA guidelines, and collaboration with peers to ensure clean, efficient production and proper documentation throughout each shift.
