Schedule:

Sunday–Thursdays;
Start time is 10:00 PM year-round, with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.

They will ensure products are packaged to Mrs. Gerry’s quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
  • Always comply with all Food Safety procedures.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down machinery per standard operating procedures.
  • Operate and monitor all machines for efficiency and proper operation.
  • Ensure all lids, containers and box labels represent the product being filled.
  • Ensure weight of each container of salad per product specifications.
  • Verify all dates and product names on product and boxes.
  • Utilize and adjust metal detectors.
  • Box and palletize products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.
