Job Requirements:
Operate the extruder machine that processes food-grade products, keeping it running smoothly and safely. Start, stop, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. Monitor and record machine parameters (temperatures, speeds, pressures, etc.), as well as product output. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the extruder and surrounding work areas, especially between shifts, to meet food safety standards. Communicate machine status and production issues with coworkers and supervisors.
Keep production and sanitation records accurate and up to date, following company policies.
