Fabrication Production Operator

Innovance, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturing leader, is seeking a Fabrication Production Operator to join our Albert Lea team. In this role, you'll operate metal fabrication equipment, read basic blueprints, and inspect parts to meet quality and safety standards. You'll support setups, material handling, and continuous-improvement efforts across our family of companies. Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and production equipment to manufacture metal components to specifications
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools to ensure quality output
• Monitor machines, perform routine adjustments, and promptly report mechanical or quality issues
• Inspect parts for accuracy, document production data, and follow established quality procedures
• Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean, organized work area, and use proper PPECollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and continuous-improvement goals
• Assist with material handling, setup, and changeovers to support efficient workflow
• Participate in training to develop skills in automation, fabrication, and precision machining processes
