CNC Machinist

Innovance Inc., a leader in automation and efficiency solutions within various industries, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing division. The CNC Machinist will be pivotal in operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts and assemble final products that meet our exacting standards. The role requires someone who can ensure optimal usage of our cutting-edge machinery, applying both technical skills and meticulous attention to detail to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and tools including drills, grinders, and milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to properly set up CNC machines.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
