Position SummaryWe’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or CNP) to join our mobile care team with a focus on wound care. Whether you’re certified in wound care or want to be—we’ll pay for your training and certification. Enjoy the freedom of working independently without the pressure of a traditional clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to and treat patients in assisted living and memory care settings
- Evaluate wounds, manage chronic health conditions, and coordinate advanced care
- Collaborate closely with community staff, physicians, and families
- Document thoroughly and communicate proactively
- CNP license in the state of Minnesota
- AGNP certification strongly preferred
- Experience in geriatrics, wound care, or internal medicine
- Must be comfortable working independently and traveling to patient sites
- Army: 66P – Nurse Practitioner
- Navy: 1972 – Nurse Practitioner
- Air Force: 46Y3H – Nurse Practitioner
- Marines: NP – Nurse Practitioner
- Coast Guard: HS – Health Services Technician
