  • Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care.
  • Hold an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
  • Have experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care
    .
  • Balance clinical skill with heart-centered care
    .
  • Communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
  • Understand the sacred nature of end-of-life care and approach it with grace.
