Pay: $90,000 – $130,000 DOE
Benefits: Full Benefits Package
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, 21-County Service Area (territories assigned based on coverage needs)

. - Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care.
- Hold an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
- Have experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care
. - Balance clinical skill with heart-centered care
. - Communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
- Understand the sacred nature of end-of-life care and approach it with grace.
