CNA - Full-time Evening

Marshfield Clinic - th St - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and feeding as appropriate.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Help with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience; provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes or concerns to the charge nurse; assist with basic health care needs and recording vital signs.
