Marshfield Clinic - th St - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN);
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and mobility including transferring, repositioning, and walking;
Record vital signs and monitor residents' condition and respond to changes as appropriate;
Assist with meals and dining, and provide nourishment and hydration as needed; assist with housekeeping and laundry to support clean, safe living areas;
Communicate resident condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse and participate in care planning and care delivery as needed
