Access Health in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, educate patients, and support transitions of care. This role includes night shifts, rotation on holidays, and every third weekend as part of a full-time schedule.
New graduates with under 12 months experience enter a Nurse Residency Program with extensive orientation; MN RN license and BLS are required, with preferred ED or hospital RN experience. Compensation ranges hourly from $38.83 to $59.41 with benefits.
