Mayo Clinic in Minnesota offers a Nurse Residency Program for newly graduated RNs with a comprehensive orientation and ongoing support. The RN role focuses on patient care coordination, education, and transitions of care within the Mayo Nursing Care Model.
Applicants should be RN graduates, hold a Minnesota RN license, and have BLS certification. Hospital-based experience and ED exposure are preferred, with full-time, rotating day/night schedules and weekend rotations.
