We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, laboratory operations, and sanitation programs within a growing food manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and industry standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 a year

Responsibilities:

• Core Focus:
  Oversee all quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation programs for the spray drying and antioxidant production lines. You will lead the plant???s compliance efforts, manage the QA laboratory, and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and customer audits.

• Experience with filter mat and tower spray drying is highly preferred.

• Bachelors inFood Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or eqivalent experience)

• 4-7 years

• Education:
  
  B.S. in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role within food manufacturing.
• Certifications:
  
  HACCP and PCQI certifications are required.
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with filter mat and tower spray drying is highly preferred.
