Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers upon shipment arrivals.;
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.;
Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.;
Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clocking in/out per policy.;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
