Outside Sales Manager

Innovance, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturer, seeks an Outside Sales Manager to expand and support its dealer network across industrial and commercial markets. In this role, you will lead territory strategy, develop and manage dealer relationships, and drive growth for automation, precision machining, and metal fabrication solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, provide product guidance and training to dealers, and use data-driven insights to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and refine channel programs.

This position combines field-based customer engagement with strategic planning and offers strong growth potential within a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow dealer network sales across industrial and commercial markets
• Develop and execute territory and channel sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and key accounts
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting metrics
• Train, support, and motivate dealer partners on products and value propositions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs within company guidelines
• Represent Innovance at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
