North American Sales Leader

Innovance, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturing and engineering company, seeks a North American Sales Leader to drive growth across its automation, precision machining, and metal fabrication businesses. This role will build and execute regional sales strategy, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and deepen relationships with industrial and commercial customers. Partnering closely with engineering and operations, you will align technical solutions with customer needs while fostering Innovance's safety-focused, collaborative, and continuous-improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American sales strategy for manufacturing solutions
• Lead and mentor regional sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Build and maintain key relationships with industrial and commercial customers
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align offerings with customer needs
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and report performance to executive leadership
• Expand market presence across North America through targeted growth initiatives
• Coordinate pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Use CRM and data to drive territory planning and account management
• Partner with Innovance companies to cross-sell automation, machining, and fabrication
• Represent Innovance at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
