We are seeking an Equipment Installer Assistant or Service Technician to join a dedicated team that provides high-quality heating and air conditioning installations. This full-time position offers a structured Monday-Thursday schedule with occasional overnight travel, compensated with additional pay and covered expenses. As an Installer Assistant, you will support the installation of HVAC systems and ductwork, maintain a safe and organized job site, and work alongside a skilled crew in a team-oriented environment.
- Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, Friday is overtime - Hours:
6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 - 45 hours/week) - Travel Requirements:
If overnight travel is required, return on Thursday (Traveling up to 3 hours away) - Type:

Responsibilities as the Equipment Installer Assistant:
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Travel to surrounding areas within 3 hours of a commuting distance to install refrigeration systems into gas stations, convenience stores, and service stations.
Responsibilities as a Service Technician:
- Perform consultations with customers to determine needs and discuss solutions
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Inspect existing HVAC systems for safety and efficiency
- Conduct performance tests using specialized tools
- Operate a company vehicle to travel to job sites
Skills:
- Mechanically inclined
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Tape Measurement accuracy
Education:
- No Degree Required
Experience:
- 1-4 years or more
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid drivers license
- Comfortable with overnight travel
- HVAC installation or servicing experience - preferred
