In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, performing diagnostics independently while sometimes collaborating with the Service Manager. Continuous training will enhance your skill set as you stay informed on the latest technologies in the industry, particularly with John Deere products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute diagnostics and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment

• Attend service training programs for skill enhancement

• Carry out field diagnostics and repairs as necessary

• Keep abreast of John Deere and other competitive offerings

• Maintain a tidy and safe working space

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant service repair experience

• Preferred:
Red Seal Heavy Equipment or Agricultural Technician certification

• Extensive knowledge of both mechanical and hydraulic systems

• Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
