* Update and maintain all Process Control plans as needed
* Other duties as assigned
* A minimum of two years administrative assistant type duties preferred
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience with Concur is highly desired
* Must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
* Ability to prioritize many different tasks at once
* Ability to adapt to changes and requests from multiple requestors
* Attention to Detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-driven and able to function with little supervision
* Strong communicator, both orally and written
* Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
* Willingness and ability to interact with all levels in the plant, with portion of time spent on shop floor
* Must always be professional and confidential
* Independent thinker and adaptable
