Join our team and new contract award supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Homeland Defense - Integrated Air Defense Systems (HD-IADS) mission. Our team delivers network and management configuration support to the Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC-D) Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

In this role, you will:
* Maintain and sustain a robust local area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN).

* Utilize Tactical Local Area Network Encryption (TACLANE).

* Provide network administration, network management, hardware/network integration, network configuration, and systems administration for the Ground Circuit Initiative (GCI) networks at the JADOC.

* Manage and configure network devices such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Aps.

* Execute Type 1 security level encrypted environment support. To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A U.S. citizenship.

* An active DoD Secret Clearance.

* A Security+ certification.

* A Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), CCNP, or equivalent.

* An Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience.

* The ability to conduct rotating Shift Work.

* The ability to travel up to 10%.
Additional desired experience and skills:
* Air defense military experience
* A Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), CCNP, or equivalent.

* Five (5+) years of direct network/IT support within an operational environment

* Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPV6) experience a plus

* Familiar with cross domain solutions (CDS) (any)

* Familiar with KG-175, KG-250x configuration

* Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
