Position Summary: This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.

• Records all applicable information as directed
• Identifies and isolates questionable product
• Assures daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area
• Monitors and documents HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their area
• Verifies all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre‑shipment verifications
• Assures each pallet of product processed is pre‑shipment verified prior to leaving the floor
• Obtains finished product samples for the laboratory
• Assures products processed meet all in‑plant food safety requirements
